At mama lan we serve traditional food from Beijing.
Our menu comprises of Beijing dumplings and popular street snacks such as slow cooked beef and fried vegetable balls.
Each of our dishes is made from family recipes and techniques handed down through the generations. The name of the restaurant is dedicated to my mum, aka mama lan, who taught me how to cook.
