Chilli Oil Chicken Burger

Prepare 10 minutes | Cook 10 minutes | Serves 2



  • 150g cooked shredded chicken
  • 2 tbsp MamaLan’s Chilli Oil
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


  1. Whisk all the chicken ingredients except the chicken itself until sugar and salt are fully dissolved.  Add the chicken and mix well.


  • 2 buns, lightly toasted
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • A few red onion slices
  • A few red chilli slices
  • Extra MamaLan’s Chilli Oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. Assemble your burger with bun, chilli oil chicken, mayonnaise, lettuce, tomatoes, red onion and extra MamaLan’s Chilli Oil if you like your burger spicy.
  2. Serve with salad and fries. A taste sensation!

Vegan Alternative
Substitute the chicken for any good quality shredded Quorn chicken.

Use up any leftover roast chicken or turkey and switch up your burger buns to use wraps.
