Chilli Oil Falafel Wrap (VG)

Prepare 10 minutes | Cook 5 minutes | Serves 2


  • 2 wraps, lightly toasted
  • 6-8 readymade falafel
  • 2 tbsp hummus
  • 1 small cos lettuce
  • 1/4 cucumber, sliced
  • Chopped parsley
  • Red chilli slices
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 tbsp MamaLan’s Chilli Oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat up falafel according to instructions.
  2. Assemble wrap: wrap, falafels, hummus, lettuce, cucumber, parsley, chilli slices, paprika, lemon juice and MamaLan’s Chilli Oil.
  3. Season with salt and pepper if desired.

Non-Vegan Alternative
Instead of falafels, pan fry bite-sized chunks of beef or lamb with salt, cumin and paprika.

Coconut yoghurt added to the wrap can bring a cooling contrast to the heat of the Chilli Oil.
