Miso & Honey Chicken Wrap

Ingredients
Chicken
- 150g cooked chicken strips
- 2 tbsp MamaLan’s Miso Sauce
- 2 tbsp smooth peanut butter
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Juice of 1/2 lime
Wrap
- 2 wraps, lightly toasted
- Shredded lettuce
- 1 spring onion, sliced
- Red chilli slices
- Toasted sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions
- Combine all the chicken ingredients except the chicken strips together, mix well.
- Mix chicken strips with the sauce.
- Assemble your wrap: wrap, chicken, lettuce, spring onion, chilli and sesame seeds.
- Season with salt and pepper – misolicious!
Vegan Alternative
Substitute chicken for 100-150g tofu, pan fry tofu with little oil, salt, and pepper.
Tips
For a low carb option, replace the wrap with lamb lettuce leaves.
