Miso & Honey Chicken Wrap

Prepare 10 minutes | Cook 5 minutes | Serves 2

Ingredients

Chicken

  • 150g cooked chicken strips
  • 2 tbsp MamaLan’s Miso Sauce
  • 2 tbsp smooth peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Juice of 1/2 lime

Wrap

  • 2 wraps, lightly toasted
  • Shredded lettuce
  • 1 spring onion, sliced
  • Red chilli slices
  • Toasted sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

  1. Combine all the chicken ingredients except the chicken strips together, mix well.
  2. Mix chicken strips with the sauce.
  3. Assemble your wrap: wrap, chicken, lettuce, spring onion, chilli and sesame seeds.
  4. Season with salt and pepper – misolicious!

Vegan Alternative
Substitute chicken for 100-150g tofu, pan fry tofu with little oil, salt, and pepper.

Tips
For a low carb option, replace the wrap with lamb lettuce leaves.
