We want to get away from the old image of Chinese food as greasy and heavy and show you just how fresh, delicious and exciting it can be.
From Beijing to Brixton
Our story begins in 1940s Beijing, where a roadside bao shop first brought this family recipe to life. That spirit of honest, feel-good street food has travelled across generations and continents to find its home here in London.
We believe great food shouldn't be confined by labels. Our menu draws from tradition but isn't afraid to experiment - if we love the taste, we'll make it our own. The result is a modern take on Chinese classics, rooted in heritage but alive with creativity.
